| Obverse description | Printed in blue-grey, the obverse is framed by an intricate guilloche border enclosing the central text area in Cyrillic letterpress. The royal coat of arms of Montenegro appears as a vignette at upper left, balanced by the numeral '10' set within a decorative cartouche at upper right. The central legend states the denomination and issuing authority, below which the date and place of issue (Cetinje, 25 July 1914) are printed, followed by two manuscript signatures of the President of the Main State Council and the Minister of Finance, a circular official government stamp, and serial number prefixes at lower left and right. |
