| Obverse description | Central field bears the coat of arms of the Republic of Crimea, depicting a heraldic shield charged with a rampant griffin, flanked by two classical Ionic columns draped with ribbons, and surmounted by a rising sun motif. A scroll beneath the shield bears the motto legend. The Cyrillic legend 'Республика' curves along the upper right rim, and 'Крым' appears along the lower rim, together identifying the issuing authority. |

Crimea has no internationally recognized independent monetary authority, and no "Crimea Republic" ever issued legal tender — making this a privately produced fantasy piece timed to capitalize on the peninsula's annexation by Russia in March 2014. Items like this circulated through novelty and souvenir markets rather than any banking system. The brass composition and specifications closely mimic Russian Federation bimetallic 10-rouble coins, which was almost certainly deliberate.
