| Obverse description | The seated stone statue of King Parakramabahu I (the Great) occupies the right portion of the note as an intaglio vignette, rendered in brown against a green and purple guilloche underprint. The denomination '10' appears in large numerals at both upper corners, with Sinhala and Tamil script legends across the upper register and a central panel bearing the value in Sinhala script. Two signatures and the date appear beneath the central text panel. |
