| Obverse description | Salmon-tinted certificate with blue letterpress printing throughout, enclosed by a fine guilloche border. The Ashoka Lion Capital appears at lower left and right flanking the bilingual text in Hindi and English. Denomination numerals "10" appear in each upper corner, with the "FIRST ISSUE" designation at upper right and a central post office date-stamp area at foot. |
