| Obverse description | Intaglio-printed in dark blue and black with red and blue underprint. At left, a seated allegorical female figure holds a basket of flowers, rendered in fine engraved detail. The central vignette carries an elaborate guilloche pattern with the denomination numeral '1' in ornate cartouches at each corner, flanked by red serial numbers printed in letterpress. The bank title and bearer clause appear in a decorative panel at top, with the date 'Lima, 12 de Abril de 1922' at lower right and the printer's imprint at the base. |
