Obverse description The central field bears a four-line inscription stating the denomination and the name of the issuer, flanked to the left by the date of issue and the State Emblem of the Republic of Abkhazia. Below the central inscription appears a depiction of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia. To the right, the traditional Abkhaz ceremonial staff known as the alabashcha, a symbol of seniority and wisdom, is shown alongside a Caucasian shashka, emblematic of martial valor. Along the periphery of the coin, historical flags of Abkhazia are rendered in polychrome color tampography, forming a decorative border around the entire composition.

Reverse description The central composition features a mounted Abkhaz archer in dynamic pose, drawing a bow and releasing an arrow skyward toward the stars, a motif drawn from the ancient Nart epic cycle and echoing imagery found in the State Emblem of the Republic of Abkhazia. The background is occupied by a cartographic rendering of the Republic of Abkhazia delineating its administrative subdivisions, overlaid with a color tampography depiction of the waving State Flag of the Republic of Abkhazia. Seven gilded stars are struck along the coin's periphery, representing a key heraldic element of Abkhazian symbolism. The overall composition is executed in high relief with selective gilding and polychrome color application.
