| Obverse description | Executed predominantly in red tones, the obverse bears a central intaglio portrait of King Rama IX (King Bhumibol Adulyadej) in full Supreme Commander military uniform, positioned facing front and slightly right of centre, set against a fine guilloche underprint. The Royal monogram of King Rama IX is placed to the left of the portrait. Denomination numerals "100" appear in both Western and Thai script, with Thai-language inscriptions running across the upper and lower registers. |
