Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in red on an uncoloured ground, centred on a large supported Royal Arms vignette surrounded by an elaborate floral guilloche frame with stylised thistle and rose motifs. Circular denomination counters bearing "100" in white numerals are positioned at left and right within the guilloche border. The bank title in arched letterpress runs across the upper portion, with incorporation legends in smaller text below the arms, and the printer's imprint at the very foot.
