| Obverse description | Right-facing diademed and draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II after Arnold Machin's celebrated portrait, with the Queen wearing a tiara and her hair arranged in an elegant upswept style. The effigy is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field, characteristic of Franklin Mint production.
