Obverse description Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, engraved by Raphael David Maklouf, wearing the George IV State Diadem, a drop earring, and a necklace. The initials 'RDM' appear below the truncation. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs above the effigy, while the denomination 'ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS' and the date '1994' are inscribed in the lower field.

Issued to mark Queen Elizabeth II's 1994 visit to Bermuda, one of her periodic tours of the overseas territories that continued through the decade. Bermuda has maintained one of the more consistent commemorative gold programs among British territories, and this is among the heavier issues in that series.

KM#134 was struck in a limited proof edition; exact mintage figures for this issue are not widely published in standard references.
