Obverse description Central vignette in high-relief .999 fine silver renders a full-rigged sailing vessel underway on open seas, identified by the inscription to the right as William Dampier's Bachelor's Delight. Ornate floral and scroll cornerpiece devices frame the field at all four corners, with denomination numerals '100' raised in bold relief within cartouches at each corner. The issuer's title is inscribed in a raised banner across the upper border, and the value legend 'ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS' runs along the lower border, all executed on a 23-karat gold foil ground.
