| Obverse description | Central field features the caduceus motif rendered as two intertwined serpents whose heads face each other at the top of the design, their coiled bodies encircling the Greek coat of arms — a white cross on a blue shield within an olive wreath — in the lower portion of the field. The denomination '100 ΕΥΡΩ' appears in the upper central field between the serpents' heads, accompanied by a small Euro symbol above it. The legend 'ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ' is inscribed vertically along the left and right inner border, flanked by a continuous Greek meander (key) pattern around the entire rim. |
