Obverse description Orange intaglio print on multicolour underprint. The vignette at right bears a portrait of General José E. Díaz, while the national Coat of Arms appears at left; the issuer's name is inscribed along the top, with the face value rendered in words at centre and numerals at all four corners. Serial numbers appear in black at lower left and lower right (P#199a) or upper left and lower right (P#199b).
