| Obverse description | The obverse reproduces the Austro-Hungarian Bank 100 Korona note (Austria P-12), overstruck with a large circular red handstamp reading MAGYARORSZÁG, applied as a provisional validation mark following Hungarian separation. The left field carries the Hungarian coat of arms vignette alongside printed serial numbers in red, while the right field presents an oval portrait of a young woman in an Art Nouveau style with elaborate guilloche borders. The denomination 100 appears in the upper corners and in a decorative panel at lower right. |

At upper left appears the double-headed imperial eagle in dark red, beneath the bold legend HUNDERT KRONEN in an Art Nouveau typeface, with the issuing authority OESTERREICHISCH-UNGARISCHE BANK and date WIEN, 2. JÄNNER 1912 printed below. The right half is dominated by a large oval portrait vignette of a young woman with braided hair, framed by intricate multicoloured guilloche work, with the denomination repeated in multiple languages along the lower margin. |
