Obverse description The toughra of Sultan Abdülhamid II appears at upper centre within an elaborate green guilloche border with intricate arabesque ornamentation. The central panel carries multi-line Arabic text including the bank name and denomination, flanked by oval green guilloche medallions bearing the numeral "100" at left and Arabic denomination at right. Two manuscript signatures appear at lower centre, with the French legend "Remboursable à Constantinople" at the bottom margin.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in brown tones and centred on a large ornate medallion with radiating guilloche work, flanked symmetrically by two circular side rosettes each bearing the numeral "100". An Arabic cartouche with the bank's Ottoman inscription occupies the centre of the medallion, with the legend "LIVRES" arching above and "TURQUES" below in curved letterpress. The overall design is restrained relative to the obverse, with plain margins framing the central vignette.
