Obverse description Portrait vignette of President Ho Chi Minh at left, rendered in letterpress intaglio style against a guilloche underprint incorporating the large numeral '100'. The upper border carries the inscription 'VIET NAM DAN CHU CONG HOA' with 'TIN PHIEU' in the central field. Two facsimile signature lines appear at the lower centre, attributed to the representatives of the Central Government and the Central Committee, with Chinese-character panel at the right margin. The lower border reads 'MOT TRAM DONG'.
