| Obverse description | Black intaglio on green and orange underprint, with an allegorical vignette at left showing a seated female figure accompanied by a cow, the Spanish royal coat of arms surmounted by a crown at upper centre, and the denomination with date of issue at centre. Three manuscript signatures in blue ink appear along the lower margin above the printed titles El Gobernador, El Consejero, and El Cajero, with the serial number placed in the upper corners and at left. The issuing bank's full title is set in formal typeset lettering across the face. |
