| Obverse description | The Mexican national coat of arms occupies the silver centre, depicting an eagle perched on a cactus and devouring a serpent, rendered in high relief against a plain field. A wreath of oak and laurel branches frames the lower portion of the inner disc. The legend ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS (United Mexican States) is inscribed along the upper arc of the aluminium bronze outer ring, with decorative elements completing the lower arc. |
