Obverse description Central vignette comprises an equestrian monument to General Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov (1730–1800), founder of Tiraspol, rendered in intaglio against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The denomination and bank name appear in three languages — Russian, Moldovan (Cyrillic), and Ukrainian — framing the central design. The note is designated a coupon (КУПОН), reflecting its transitional monetary status.

Reverse description A fine intaglio vignette of the Parliament building in Tiraspol occupies the centre of the note, set against a dense multicolour guilloche underprint of interlocking rosette and wave patterns in orange, green, and blue. A faint green map of Transnistria appears as an underprint to the left of the building vignette, flanked by ornamental lathe-work borders. The denomination СТО РУБЛЕЙ is inscribed in bold lettering along the lower centre, with the numeral 100 in a guilloche cartouche at lower right.
