The Central Bank of Seychelles has maintained a long relationship with De La Rue, and this 2016 issue continues that unbroken run. What distinguishes the P#50 series from its predecessors is the shift toward a narrower format without the full move to polymer — a decision the CBS revisited shortly after, making this cotton paper iteration relatively short-lived in active circulation before newer issues displaced it.
