| Obverse description | Central field features a circular emblem depicting a traditional Nepali pagoda temple with a mountainous landscape above, rendered in fine relief. Flanking the central device are the denomination inscriptions in Devanagari script (रु १००) to the left and in Latin script (Rs 100) to the right. The upper legend reads NEPAL PHILATELIC SOCIETY, arcing around the rim, while the lower legend reads GOLDEN JUBILEE 1966-2016. The border is decorated with a continuous ring of raised dots around the inner periphery. |
