| Obverse description | Central vignette presents the main headquarters of the Bank of Somaliland in Hargeisa, rendered in fine intaglio line work within an arched guilloche frame, surrounded by mature trees. The bank title "BAANKA SOMALILAND" appears in bold lettering at the top, with denomination numerals "100" in ornate guilloche cartouches at upper left and upper right, and two signature facsimiles with their respective Somali titles below the vignette alongside the place name "HARGEYSA" and the issue year. Denomination inscriptions in both Latin and Arabic scripts run along the lower border on a dark band. |
