| Obverse description | Central field features the coat of arms of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh), depicting a stylised eagle with spread wings surmounted by a stepped motif symbolic of the Armenian architectural tradition, set against a sunburst radiating from the centre. The arms are flanked by olive branches. The Armenian legend ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ arcs above the coat of arms, with ԱՐՑԱԽ inscribed below it.
