| Obverse description | The obverse is engraved in blue-grey intaglio and carries a central oval vignette with paired portrait busts of King Albert I and Queen Elisabeth in profile, set within an ornate foliate frame. To the right, an allegorical seated female figure with a cornucopia occupies the lower corner, while guilloche underprint fills the field; the serial number and date appear at centre-top and bottom.
