| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of Cleopatra III depicted to the right, rendered in the Hellenistic royal portrait tradition. The effigy displays characteristic Ptolemaic stylistic conventions, with the queen's hair elaborately arranged beneath a royal diadem.
