At left, a vignette portrays an ox-cart in the foreground before a sugar cane mill — a design element carried over from earlier Pick #64 issues. Legal tender text in Spanish fills the central field, with the issuing authority BANCO NACIONAL DE NICARAGUA DEPARTAMENTO DE EMISIÓN and series date inscribed across the upper portion; the printer's imprint of the American Bank Note Company appears at the foot. |
