| Obverse description | Central field depicts the Anguillian national flag flying from a staff, bearing the three interlocked dolphins emblem on its canton, set against a stylised seascape rendered with horizontal engraved lines. In the lower right portion of the field, a detailed cartographic relief of the island of Anguilla is shown surrounded by waves, with the capital The Valley identified by legend. A pair of crossed palm fronds appears at the base of the design, and the entire central motif is enclosed within a beaded inner border. The circumferential legend GOVERNMENT OF ANGUILLA runs clockwise along the upper periphery in raised Latin capitals. |

| Reverse description | The reverse die is entirely uniface, presenting a plain, unadorned field with no design elements or legends struck. At the lower centre of the field, a small rectangular incuse maker's mark reading MET. is stamped, serving as the sole identifying feature on this trial obverse piece. The field surface shows the characteristic marks consistent with a working trial piece. |
