Additional information

Western Sahara has no functioning monetary authority and has never issued legal tender — these 1992 pieces are fantasy issues produced for the collector market, with no connection to any recognized government or the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic's actual administration. KM#15 is one of several denominations in a series manufactured almost certainly in the Czech Republic, bearing a date and issuing fiction that no political reality supports.
