The denomination S·2 (2 Scudi) appears flanking the crown, and the date 1723 is incorporated into the circular legend reading M·MAGIS:HOS:ET S·SEPVL:HIERVSALEM, referencing the Grand Master of the Hospital and the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. A milled border surrounds the entire design. |
