Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in red on white cotton paper, with a bold symmetrical guilloche design dominated by a large central floral rosette pattern. The issuer's name 'BANCO DEL ECUADOR GUAYAQUIL' is set in white reserve lettering within the central medallion, flanked at left and right by large white numeral '2' counters embedded within intricate lathe-work scrollwork. The printer's imprint 'American Bank Note Co. New York' appears in small type along the lower margin.
