| Reverse description | A large stylized lotus flower rendered in low relief occupies the entire field, its petals radiating outward to the beaded border. Within each petal segment a Devanagari character is inscribed, forming a continuous religious legend around the central medallion. The central medallion contains a vertical Sri Yantra-like symbol surrounded by a ring of pellets, within a circular inner border. The composition is symmetrical and geometrically precise, reflecting the traditional Nepalese tantric artistic convention employed on gold mohars of the Shah dynasty. |
