Obverse description Portrait vignette of Al-Farabi (c. 870–950), the medieval Turkic-Kazakh philosopher, mathematician, and polymath of the Islamic Golden Age, positioned to the right against an ornamental background of traditional Kazakh geometric patterns. The denomination and bank title are rendered in Kazakh Cyrillic script, flanked by guilloche underprint work in warm tonal hues. The dates of Al-Farabi's life appear below the portrait alongside his name in inscribed lettering.

Reverse description Architectural vignette of the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi (1093–1166), the revered Turkic Sufi poet and mystic, rendered in detailed intaglio against a decorative guilloche background. The mausoleum, located in Turkestan, is one of the most significant examples of Timurid architecture in Central Asia. The denomination is inscribed in Kazakh Cyrillic script with an anti-counterfeiting warning legend.
