| Obverse description | Intaglio portrait of Cacique Guaicaipuro, the indigenous Caracas chief, occupies the lower central field, wearing a traditional headband and feathered headdress, with a bundle of spears rising behind him and indigenous mask motifs visible in the underprint to the right. The upper portion carries the denomination numeral '2000' in bold letterpress at left, flanked by a fine guilloche underprint in warm ochre, red, and green tones, with two facsimile signatures below the text legends. A security thread runs vertically through the upper field, and the serial number is printed in red at lower left and in black at upper right. |

| Reverse description | The reverse carries a central vignette of Ucaima Falls set within the Canaima National Park landscape, flanked by the tepuy formations of Venado and Kurún. A detailed intaglio rendering of a Harpy Eagle appears to one side, and the Venezuelan Coat of Arms is present within the composition.
