RTS — Radiotelevizija Srbija's Skopje operation, formally organized as a "Working Organization for Joint Services" under Yugoslav self-management law — issued canteen or internal scrip rather than banknotes in any conventional sense. These 2000 Dinar pieces functioned as workplace vouchers, redeemable within the enterprise economy rather than the broader monetary system. The denomination tracks the hyperinflationary spiral of the early 1990s, when Yugoslav dinar face values climbed into the thousands before the currency collapsed entirely.

Enterprise scrip of this type was rarely preserved.
