A privately produced fantasy piece — no issuing authority, no monetary function, no legal basis. Dani Crisan designed it in 2025, and the invented issuer name "Ministerul Fanteziilor" (Ministry of Fantasies) makes the fictional nature explicit rather than deceptive, which puts it outside the scope of counterfeit legislation in most jurisdictions.

Collecting fantasy notes as a category is well-established; the more interesting ones tend to carry coherent internal logic — consistent denomination systems, plausible typography, period-appropriate design conventions. Whether this example does is the only real question worth asking.
