| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown on a buff ground, with a dense guilloche-patterned underprint bearing the repeated legend CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE NANCY across the entire field. At upper centre, the issuer's coat of arms is set within an ornate cartouche flanked by the inscription CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE NANCY in two lines. The denomination 25 CENTIMES appears in large bold lettering within a dark oval band at centre, below which two manuscript signature lines are captioned Le Président and Le Trésorier, with a serial number printed in black at lower centre.
