| Obverse description | The note is framed by a border of olive branches, with a shield bearing a caduceus at lower left and a shield bearing an anchor at lower right, flanking the central coat of arms of the Principality surmounted by a crown. The face value is expressed in both words and numerals at centre, accompanied by two manuscript signatures of the Minister of State and the Treasurer General of Finances, below the legend noting the deliberation and sovereign decision dates of March 1920. The inscription NON REMBOURSABLE appears at the foot of the design. |
