| Reverse description | Central device depicting the Imperial State Crown flanked by two heraldic supporters: a winged lion (griffin) to the left and a dragon to the right, both rampant and facing the crown, rendered in fine relief against a mirror-polished proof field. The commemorative legend CORONATION JUBILEE arcs along the upper periphery, while the anniversary dates 1953-1978 appear in the lower central field above the denomination 25 DOLLARS inscribed along the lower arc. The design is enclosed by an inner beaded border, with the Franklin Mint mark FM at lower right of the central device. |
