Obverse description Right-facing diademed and draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II, rendered in the style of Arnold Machin's celebrated portrait, with the Queen wearing a tiara and her hair elegantly coiffed. The deeply struck cameo effigy is set against a highly polished proof field. The legend BERMUDA·1975 arcs along the lower left periphery, while ELIZABETH·II curves along the upper right, both inscribed in raised Latin capitals.

Reverse description A ceremonial royal sceptre is depicted diagonally across the field, its ornate head surmounted by a cross and orb visible in the upper right. Above the sceptre, the crowned royal cypher of Queen Elizabeth II — EIIR — is prominently displayed, while below, the crowned interlaced cypher of Prince Philip appears in the lower right. The commemorative legend ROYAL VISIT·FEBRUARY 16, 1975 arcs along the upper periphery, and the denomination TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS is inscribed in bold raised letters along the lower left arc.
