| Obverse description | A mountainous Catalan landscape occupies the lower portion of the field, flanked by four diagonal bars referencing the Senyera, the traditional heraldic symbol of Catalonia. At center, a stylized figurative emblem depicting three human forms in dynamic arrangement rises above the landscape. An arc of twelve five-pointed stars frames the upper field, alluding to European unity.
