Reverse description Green and red on multicolour underprint. The central vignette presents an intaglio view of the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Suriname, with a flagpole above the roofline. A large guilloche rosette carrying the numeral 25 occupies the left panel, while a plain oval watermark zone at right also bears the denomination numeral. The serial number is printed in black in two positions, and the lower border contains the full text of Articles 260 and 519 of the Surinamese Criminal Code.
