Pick 107 is the 1928 Banco de España 25 Pesetas note. What's cataloged here is a later reproduction — issued by the FNMT in Madrid sometime in the 2003–2017 window, most likely as a collector souvenir or educational facsimile rather than a circulating instrument. The FNMT has produced replica series of historic Spanish notes at various points, typically for anniversaries or museum distribution.
The original 1928 issue predates the Republic; it was printed under the Primo de Rivera dictatorship, a detail that complicates its commemorative framing somewhat.
