| Reverse description | The reverse depicts four circular vignettes of notable Tskhinvali landmarks arranged symmetrically around a central coloured emblem: upper left shows an Orthodox church with crosses, upper right a modern administrative building, lower left a historic church facade, and lower right a classical-style cultural institution. At the centre, a coloured depiction of a military or civic order badge with radiating rays is applied in polychrome enamel. The city name 'ЦХИНВАЛ' is inscribed at the top of the blackened field, flanked by decorative scrollwork. A five-pointed star and the motto 'НИКТО НЕ ЗАБЫТ НИЧТО НЕ ЗАБЫТО' ('No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten') appear in the upper centre. The numeral '262', denoting the city's anniversary, is inscribed at the base. |
