| Obverse description | A finely engraved vignette of an astrolabe occupies the right portion of the note, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint with a central hexagonal rosette pattern. The denomination ٢٥٠ appears in Arabic-Indic numerals at each corner, with the bank title البنك المركزي العراقي inscribed across the top in Arabic script. Two facsimile signatures appear at the lower centre beneath the Arabic legend ورقة نقدية صادرة بموجب القانون. |
