| Obverse description | Green note framed by a dark blue geometric guilloche border of repeating diamond-and-cross motifs. The central field carries a pale underprint of the Riga city coat of arms, over which the denomination "Trīs rubļi" is set in large Gothic blackletter script flanked by the numeral "3" on each side. The lower portion bears the issuing authority, the place and date of issue (Rīgā, 15. augustā 1919. g.), a statutory counterfeiting warning, two manuscript signatures, and a printed serial number in red. |
