A local canteen or food-service enterprise voucher from Bor, a copper-mining town in eastern Serbia. These "Ishrana" (literally "nutrition" or "feeding") notes were issued by socially-owned catering enterprises during the Yugoslav hyperinflation of 1993, when dinar denominations collapsed so rapidly that workplace meal vouchers effectively replaced cash for daily subsistence purchases among workers.

The seven-zero denomination places this squarely in the period between the autumn 1993 price freezes, which repeatedly failed. By January 1994, the Avram Dinar reform wiped out ten zeros.
