| Obverse description | The Barbadian National Arms rendered in high relief at center, depicting a shield supported by two Pride of Barbados flowers, with a bearded fig tree above and a scroll bearing the national motto PRIDE AND INDUSTRY below. The dates 1966 and 1976 flank the shield to left and right respectively, commemorating the tenth anniversary of independence.
