| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized group of figures performing the Sardana, the traditional Catalan circle dance, depicted with arms raised and joined in a modernist graphic style. Below the dancers, a rectangular motif composed of vertical stripes evokes the Catalan flag (Senyera). A partial ring of twelve stars in the European style frames the lower and right portions of the design.
