| Obverse description | Printed in green on an uncoloured ground, the obverse carries the Aruban flag as a vignette at left within an octagonal guilloche frame, surmounted by a numeral 5 in the lower left corner. A panoramic intaglio vignette at centre depicts the coastal hotel district of Aruba with mountains and sea in the background. At right, a geometric guilloche medallion encloses the large numeral 5, framed by a decorative border of repeating meander pattern. Two manuscript signature lines appear between the central vignette and the denomination legend, captioned DE DIRECTEUR and DE PRESIDENT. |
