No sovereign or autonomous territory named Kamberra has issued legal tender, and "Numisma" has no standing as a currency denomination in any jurisdiction. This is a fantasy or novelty note — produced for the collectibles market rather than for actual circulation.
Franck Medina is a French designer known for producing high-quality fantasy banknotes sold openly as such. Authentication as a genuine circulating issue is not possible because none exists.
